Here's the Palm Desert police blotter for April 6-10: 1:02 a.m.: Officers responded to Washington Street and Hovley Lane reference a non-injury traffic collision and arrested Christina Rodriguez, 22, of Palm Desert for driving under the influence of alcohol. The fire was reported in the 400 block of Palladium Boulevard. Upon completion of the initial investigation, the case is either suspended, continued to the Investigations Division, closed by arrest and referred to the District Attorney for prosecution, or unfounded. 12:30 p.m.: Investigators arrested Roman Valencia, 41, of Thousand Palms for commercial burglary, conspiracy and fraudulent use of credit cards.
